SHIPPING TO THE U.S.

All orders over $99.00 will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. A flat rate shipping charge of $15.00 will apply to orders under $99.00. 

*excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. protectorates. Customers with orders shipping to these areas will be contacted with a shipping quote for approval before shipment.

Food/treat products are shipped separately from Buffalo, NY. All other products are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Orders to the U.S. are shipped every Thursday. Transit time is estimated at 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that foufouBRANDS does not ship to PO boxes.

foufouBRANDS ships most orders by FedEx Ground. If you require expedited shipping, please contact customerservice@foufoubrands.com for an expedited shipping quote.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

It can take up to 48 hours for us to process your order before we ship. During peak periods, it could take up to 72 hours. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated on the carrier's systems.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, online store orders can only be shipped within Canada and U.S. only.
