Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications or change the contents of your package.

Address corrections and order cancellations may still be possible if submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order depending on the shipping method and destination of the package. Additional fees may apply.

Email customerservice@foufoubrands.com to submit your request, if your order has been placed within the 30 minute timeframe.

 

FOUFOUBRANDS.COM PURCHASE - RETURN POLICY

foufouBRANDS wants you to love your purchase. We will gladly issue a refund authorization for new merchandise purchased from our online store within 14 days of the shipping date. After this time, a merchandise credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date.

foufouBRANDS does not accept returns on opened food products, discontinued and clearance merchandise or shop worn goods. Goods must be in original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with original tags.

Return authorization will only be issued on foufouBRANDS products purchased on our online store. 

All items sold as factory seconds are final sale. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted on these items.

Refunds may be made only after the customer receives a return authorization number from our customer service department. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please see below on HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following our return instructions and purchase a new item from our online store.

Please note that shipping fees and any customs/duties cannot be refunded.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN 

Email us at info@foufoubrands.com with 'REFUND Order #[enter order number]' in the subject title. Example: REFUND Order #5555.

Please detail which part of your order you would like to return or if it's the entire order, along with the reason for changing your mind. If it is due to a defective item, please try to include a picture of the issue.

A customer service agent will respond within 24-48 business hours.


YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

  • Item must be received within 14 days from when the return authorization number was issued.
  • For returns coming from outside of Canada, please mark the package as a "return" on the customs form.
  • We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method as we will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return/exchange packages.
  • Securely pack your merchandise with your return authorization number in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
