    SHIPPING TO CANADA

    • All orders over $99.00 (before applicable taxes) will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
    • A flat rate shipping charge of $12.00* will apply to orders under $99.00. 
    • Orders are shipped every Thursday from Mississauga, Ontario. Transit time is estimated at 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Please note that foufouBRANDS does not ship to PO boxes.
    • foufouBRANDS ships most orders by FedEx Ground.
    • Cut-off time for all Express and Priority shipping options is 11am EST Mon-Fri. Orders placed after the shipping cut-off time will ship the following business day

    * Excludes Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories.
    ** Customers with orders shipping to these areas will be contacted with a shipping quote for approval before shipment.

    We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.

    It can take 48-72 hours for us to process your order before we ship.

    Due to increased volumes during the holiday season and transit delays, order processing times may take longer. Please direct any order inquires to customerservice@foufoubrands.com.

    Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated on the carrier’s systems.
