Wholesale Account Application

To create a wholesale account, please complete the form at https://foufoubrands.com/pages/ws-account-create. Your application will be reviewed and if approved, you will receive an email containing your login details within 24-48 business hours. Please be sure to check your spam folder. 

Wholesale Orders & Shipping

Wholesale online ordering is available exclusively for accounts in Canada and USA. For international wholesale orders, please contact us at wholesale@foufoubrands.com. 

The shipping cost for your wholesale order will be calculated at checkout.

Wholesale Return Policy

foufouBRANDS has a NO REFUND policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving the goods. A 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

Authorization from our customer service department along with an authorization number is required for any exchange. 

Please note, exchanges are not accepted for discontinued, clearance or shop-worn items. All products must be returned in their original selling condition with original hangtags attached.

All return shipping charges as well as any customs and duties must be prepaid by the customer (Free Domicile). Our warehouse cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Any deliveries requiring payment upon delivery will be returned to the customer.

To request a return, please email wholesale@foufoubrands.com with your order number (CAXXXX). We will respond within 24-48 business hours.

Once your return has been shipped, please email us your tracking information so we can issue a credit memo for use on a future order, pending receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
